Primary duties include answering phone calls, greeting clients, coordinating and scheduling client meetings and court hearings, accepting and processing payments, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and preparing routine documents.
Looking for between 15-22 hours per week with some flexibility in scheduling.
Possible schedules would include Monday through Friday from 9-1 or Monday through Wednesday 9-12 and 1-5.
Candidate most have strong communication skills, proficient in basic word processing software, and professional demeanor.
