What you need to succeed:

Manufacturing experience preferred Demonstrated the drive to achieve and have upward movement into various jobs.
Self-motivated desire to learn Capable of meeting physical requirements to include working rotating shifts-weekends/holidays, around heat, noise, work inside/outside, etc.
Has the mechanical, mathematical, and verbal aptitude to learn positions Proven record of performance Play by the rules and work well with others Able to complete and submit an employment application online Able to operate in heavy manufacturing site and work variable schedule and overtime as needed.
