In this position you will:
Handle all reservations, arrivals, departures, payments, and contracts Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance personnel as needed You will work closely with both rental customers as well as rental owners Must have good communication skills and reporting skills Must be self-motivated and able to work with little daily direction Need to be detail oriented Increase sales and inventory by living our Core Values Prior property management or customer service experience a plus.
Saturdays and holidays are required.
Rotation for after hours on call.
