We are seeking a Social Media and Content Manager to oversee our social media accounts and content creation efforts.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Cardin McCoy's mission and brand identity.
This includes creating content calendars, setting goals, and implementing tactics to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation:
Create visually appealing and compelling content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience and convey our brand message effectively.
Community Engagement:
Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to build meaningful relationships and brand loyalty.
Platform Management:
Manage and maintain all social media platforms (e.

, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) by scheduling and publishing content, monitoring analytics, and staying up-to-date with platform trends and algorithms.
Influencer Partnerships:
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our mission and can help amplify our brand's reach.
Content Calendar:
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor social media performance through analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay Current:

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
