- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accurate information and proper payment handling - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner - Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and meeting guest preferences - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Experience:
